BCASS provides support, advice, and guidance for those who are experiencing cognitive symptoms, or have recently been diagnosed with a neurological condition, brain injury, or dementia. This service is provided to those over the age of 16 living within the Scottish Borders. We provide person-centred support to help prevent isolation and allow people to feel more socially included.

We deliver: One to one inclusion support, Befriending visits, User-led activity groups and Specialist support.
